Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Join us for Restorative Yoga Teacher Training.  Live via Zoom.

9am-1pm Pacific time / 12pm-4pm Eastern

Restorative Yoga Training will provide students with additional tools and techniques on how to use various restorative yoga postures to improve digestion, respiration, and balancing the nervous system.  Upon completion of this training, current yoga teachers are eligible for continuing education credit with Yoga Alliance.  This program will be facilitated by Fabienne Grossman, RD, LD, E-RYT 500, YACEP.
