Our program is inspired by the teaching of T. Krishnamacharya. His focus on an individualized approach to yoga for each student is at the heart of this training. We value the individual in you and through our program, you learn how to discover your own style of teaching and practicing yoga. You will learn how to effectively teach to a wide variety of individuals, how to connect with your students, and how to help your students and yourself gain a deeper sense of internal awareness and ease through the practice of yoga. You will gain confidence in your teaching and in yourself. Rather than mold you into our style, we offer you the best practices from a variety of hatha yoga traditions and help you find your own unique style and path in your yoga journey. We believe that you are more powerful than you could ever imagine, and we’re here to help you discover that power.
Along with offering the highest quality training programs, we are mindful of your budget and do our best to make our programs affordable. While we keep our tuition costs low, you will be amazed by the quality of our training programs. During the training, and long after it’s over, we will be there for you, supporting your work as a yoga teacher, bringing new opportunities to you, and helping you in any way to bring your gifts to the world and to realize your dreams.
“Rather than mold you into our style, we offer you the best practices from a variety of hatha yoga traditions and help you find your own unique style and path in your yoga journey.”
