This workshop is open to yoga teachers, as well as anyone who is interested in learning more about how to effectively teach or practice restorative yoga for the greatest benefit. Cost of training: $175
Restorative Yoga Teacher Training
This workshop is for yoga teachers or anyone who is interested in learning more about restorative yoga practices. Through this workshop, you will learn how to use various restorative postures to improve digestion, respiration, and balance within the nervous system. By the end of this program, you’ll be able to teach specific pranayama to calm the nervous system, and teach many restorative yoga postures with all essential props to provide maximum support. You’ll also understand the impact of each restorative posture on various organs and spinal structures. This workshop offers 4 hours of continuing education credit with Yoga Alliance.
The workshop is offered by Fabienne Grossman, RD, LD E-RYT 500, YACEP. She is an experienced Yoga Instructor, Registered Dietician, and Certified Relax and Renew Restorative Yoga Teacher, who trained with Judith Hanson Lasater. She is also a Certified Ayurveda Yoga Specialist. She has been a practicing yogi for over 20 years, and a yoga teacher for over 10 years. She also leads Relax and Restore Journey and Retreats.
