Use colored pencils to color the name of the structure or muscle, and then use the same color to color the picture of the structure or muscle. You don’t need to use the same colors that are suggested.
Complete the chart by filling in the joint actions, and the muscles that are contracting or stretching, for the listed yoga postures.
