I would certainly highly recommend this course to other yoga instructors. The written information in the prenatal course was extensive and useful in all areas of yoga instruction. The information was well organized, well researched, and professionally written and presented. I found the illustrations and the video to be helpful as well. After completing the course, I felt that I had taken a graduate level course in yoga. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience in such an effective way.
